All actively licensed agents (both salespersons and brokers) must complete 6 hours of continuing education courses each year, including:

Licensees are able to complete more than 6 hours of CE per year but must take at least 6 hours (with 3 on law) in the first year of their renewal period.
In addition, every four years, salespersons and brokers must take the 6-hour Kentucky Core Class, which will satisfy their full continuing education requirement for that renewal term.
